The Grand Prize Drawing will be promoted prior to and during the NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience via signage, the NAR NXT website and the official mobile app. The drawing is the highlight of the Expo floor. The announcement of the winner by a designated representative of the sponsoring organization and NAR leadership takes place at 2:30 PM on November 16th prior to the culmination of the Expo in the sponsoring organization’s exhibit space. Brief remarks, pre-approved by NAR, prior to the winner announcement can be made by a designated representative from the sponsoring organization. The prize drawing and announcement of the winner will be made by a designated representative of the sponsoring organization.

Sponsorship includes:

• Four double-sided Standing Sign Boards placed in high traffic areas throughout the Convention Center lobby, content provided by sponsoring organization and approved by NAR.

• Tote bag insert of Grand Prize Drawing Entry form (form produced by sponsor and approved by NAR).

• Pre-show and post show direct mail attendee list shared with sponsoring organization (subject to terms of use).

• Recognition by NAR Leadership at the Prize Drawing.

• Sponsor will be recognized in pre-show and on-site promotions regarding the Grand Prize Drawing including on the NAR NXT website with sponsor name and logo. 

• Winner is announced in the sponsor’s booth by a designated representative from the sponsoring organization.

• Location of Grand Prize collection drum, or similar submission container, provided by the sponsor, featured within the sponsoring organization’s exhibit space to collect the entry forms along with a sign denoting the prize and the drawing time.

• Opportunity to add an additional prize(s) to Grand Prize Drawing per NAR’s approval.

• A standard virtual tote bag insert, a value of $1,000, will be included as part of your overall Grand Prize Drawing sponsorship investment. The sponsor designs the content included in this promotion.
