Located in a quiet area of the expo floor, these meeting rooms provide areas to conduct sales appointments and presentations in a private office environment. Dimensions of Consultation Suites are 15’x15'. These consultation suites will be available for use during show hours ONLY on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Your Consultation Suite includes:

• Fabric hardwall conference room with lockable door                                  

• 22” x 28” sign with Company Name

• Standard aisle carpet & first night vacuuming

• One (1) standard electrical outlet

• Installation and dismantle labor

• Company listing with Consultation Suite number on the online NAR NXT list of exhibitors

• Four (4) exhibitor badges per 15’x15’ consultation suite

• All exhibitor privileges and accessibility to vendors

• One (1) table and four (4) chairs plus a wastebasket
